Culture in the workplace will be different where ever you go. Challenging behaviour in the workplace is something that someone does which can hurt or humiliate the company from not following health and safety rules. Using your mobile in the workplace and also using the computers for personal use instead of business use can also be challenging behaviour.
If there was a fire you would report to your supervisor, managers, or the building owners ect if it was a work issue, for example computers not working you would report it to your supervisor or computer technician. If it was a problem with the lift you would report it to the building owners so they could fix the problem.
Employees would be more calm than employers because employees only have to do their job, whereas employers have to make sure that the employee's are making enough production and also make sure that there making money for them. They need to act more professional than employees.
