Unit 2 - Communicating and Presenting Ideas in the Creative Media Sector

You can communicate with people by telephone. This is a good way to communicate if you want to get in contact with someone quickly. An email is a good way to contact someone if you want to send them an image as it is a much cheaper way, it is also a fast way to communicate.

To communicate ideas effectively it is good to have face face action as you know that they are listening and paying attention to what you have to say. By webcam you get to see their face, which is also effective if you want good communication with someone. If you can't talk to them by phone or email you're other won't be very effective because you won't hear or see them.

To give constructive feedback you need to be honest as possible. This will help the person so they can improve on future projects to get your approval if you're receiving feedback. Also, whatever feedback you get you take it and you improve your product depending on your feedback.

You can talk to people and show videos in a presentation to make sure that all types of your audience understand what you are saying. You have to evaluate your audience to see that you may have a less technical minded audience so you will have to make the presentation more clearer and take more time to explain words to make them understand what your saying. You may also want to show them videos or sound to make them understand better than just speaking. If its a more technical audience you will not explain many words because you don't want to humiliate their technical knowledge which is why you need to spend less time talking.
